Before you write to us
Two things speed up the first reply considerably. First, a list of the products you make or intend to make, with dosage forms and pack sizes if relevant. Second, the state and the type of premises, since the licensing authority and the site requirements both follow from it. If your project is already underway, tell us what stage it is at and what has gone wrong so far.
