This policy explains how Foodlinedocx Lifesciences Private Limited ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing consultancy services. It applies to visitors to this website, people who submit an enquiry, and clients who engage us.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to carry out work you have engaged us for.
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, including your name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Details of your requirement, which may include product information, premises details, turnover band and project stage.
- Documents and technical information you send us for the purpose of a licence application or project, which may include commercially sensitive material such as formulations, layouts and financial projections.
- Basic technical information generated when you browse the site, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, where analytics are enabled.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a scope of work and quotation, to carry out the services you engage us for, to file applications with the relevant authority on your instruction, and to keep records that professional and statutory obligations require us to keep.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your enquiry details to send you unrelated marketing.
Confidentiality of client material
Formulations, layouts, project reports and financial information you share with us are treated as confidential. Access within our team is limited to the people working on your engagement. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive, and we would encourage you to ask for one.
When we share information
We disclose information only in these situations:
- To a regulatory authority, where disclosure is part of the application or filing you have instructed us to make.
- To a service provider working on your engagement under confidentiality obligations, such as a drafting or testing partner, and only with your knowledge.

How long we keep it
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client engagement records, including filed applications and supporting documents, are retained for the period professional practice and statutory requirements demand, after which they are deleted or securely destroyed.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access control and secure transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive material through unencrypted channels without discussing it with us first.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to sd@foodlinedocx.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
